This aerated, double-layer chrome simmer ring allows heat to be evenly distributed, eliminating hot spots and maintaining a consistent temperature throughout the simmering process.
The ring, which features a stay-cool wooden handle, can be used on both gas and electric cooktops.
Place it directly on the cooktop with the pan on top for maximum heat diffusion.
